STACIE G. LIEBI

Stacie Georgeann Liebi, 50, of Lone Jack, was born, April 1, 1967, in Kansas City, the daughter of Gregory Thomas and Frances Georgann (Morton) Roberts.  She departed this life, Monday, August 21, 2017, at the Kansas City Hospice House surrounded with love and family.

Stacie was a 1985 Raytown High School graduate.  She went on to earn her Master’s in Education from Rockhurst University.

On September 27, 1997, she was united in marriage to Daniel Ray Liebi in Raytown.

Stacie was currently employed as a Debt Management Specialist for the Social Security Administration.  She had also worked as an Elementary School Technology teacher for the Kansas City Public School System, as a professor for Devry University and as a Mortgage Officer for the North American Savings Bank. She was a member of the St. Bridget Catholic Church in Pleasant Hill.  She enjoyed camping, float trips and any time spent with her family.

She is survived by her husband Dan of Lone Jack; five children, Danny (and Racheal) Kendrick of Belton, George (and Shelby) Roberts of Weatherby, Kyra Liebi of Lone Jack, Donovan Liebi of Lone Jack, and Theodore Dugan of Lone Jack; four grandchildren, Ina and Cora Kendrick, and Emrik and Thorin Roberts; her father, Gregory “Duke” Roberts of Bates City; her mother, Frances Roberts of Lee’s Summit; one brother, Jeff (and Suzie) Roberts of Raytown; one sister, Christina (and Angel) Contreras of Liberty; other relatives and a host of many of friends.

The Recitation of the Rosary and visitation was held Friday, August 25, 2017.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, August 26, 2017, at the St. Bridget Catholic Church, Pleasant Hill.  Monsignor Robert Murphy officiated. Burial was in the Lone Jack Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Liebi Family Fund at the F&C Bank, 102 N. Bynum Road, Lone Jack, Missouri, 64070 or may be sent in care of the funeral home.
