Roy Robert "Bob" Legg, 71, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born Tuesday, February 13, 1940 in Los Angeles, California, the son of Harry V. and Mary E. (Potter) Frazier. He departed this life at 5:57 a.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri.
Bob was a graduate of Lewzinger High School in Lawndale, California and was a United States Navy veteran.
On May 11, 1972, he was united in marriage to Naomi Ann Legg in Leon, Iowa.
Bob was employed as a service manager for several Metro Car Dealerships.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three children Vicky Lynn Frazier, Donald Frazier, and Danny Frazier; two brothers George Frazier and Lewis Frazier.
Bob is survived by his wife Naomi of the home; one daughter Lorrie L. Webster and her husband Mike of Belton, Missouri; four grandchildren Murrissa Webster, Daniel Webster, Austin Webster, and Savannah Webster all of Belton; one brother James E. Frazier of Buffalo, New York; two sisters Betty J. Hutchison and her husband Edward of Navarre, Ohio, and Brenda S. Frazier of Grand Island, New York; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 2, 2011. Reverend D. Kent Deubner minister of the Pleasant Hill First Christian Church officiated. Casket bearers were Mike Jones, Phil McVey, Lonnie Theobold, Austin Webster, Daniel Webster, and Nathan Webster. Interment was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery with full military honors by the VFW Post #3118 Honor Guard.
