Roger D. Aldridge

Roger Dale Aldridge, 68, of Lone Jack, Missouri, formerly of Edwards, Missouri, was born August 17, 1954, in Cabool, Missouri, the son of Lloyd D. and Alta R. (Curtner) Aldridge.  He departed this life Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at his home.

Roger was a 1972 Grandview High School graduate.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

On December 23, 1989, he was united in marriage to Sherry M. Wilkinson in Belton.

Roger was employed as a salesman for Shamrock Cabinets in Raytown.  He enjoyed NASCAR, collecting and working on hotrod cars, and riding his Harley Davidson.

Roger was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Aldridge and his sister, Diane King.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry of their home; his mother, Alta Aldridge of Grandview; two brothers, Ronald (and Debbie) Aldridge of Grain Valley and Robert (and Jennifer) Aldridge of Pleasant Hill; other relatives and friends.

Visitation and funeral services were held Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at the funeral home. Reverend Mark Conway officiated.  Interment was in the Lone Jack Cemetery.  Casket bearers were Kolten Aldridge, Robert Aldridge Jared Cada, Jason Fischer, Bobby McMillan, and Kaden Valdez.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Lone Jack Cemetery and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
