Robert J. Echols, II

Robert Joseph “Rob” Echols II, 53, of Pleasant Hill, was born December 27, 1968, in Independence, the son of Robert J. and Lois J. (Wimberly) Echols.  He departed this life, Monday March 7, 2022, at his home.

Rob was a self-employed Commercial Painter. He was a free spirited and colorful person who enjoyed painting, playing his guitar, singing, and loved animals.  He especially loved spending time with his daughters.

Rob was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughters, Abrielle Echols of Blue Springs and Airianna Echols of Belton; two sisters and their husbands, Kathie and Scott Kisner of Independence and Bobbi and Ed Wojtowicz of Pleasant Hill; other relatives and friends.

Cremation has been accorded.

A Celebration of Rob’s life was held Saturday, March 26, 2022, at the funeral home.  Reverend D. Kent Deubner officiated.  Inurnment will be in the Chattanooga Memorial Park in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at a later date.

Visitation was held held one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Children’s Mercy Autism Awareness Program and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
