Mark Kubicsko

Mark A. Kubicsko, 42, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born, May 4, 1965 in East Chicago, IN, the son of Michael S. and Judith A. (Balon) Kubicsko. He departed this life, January 28, 2008 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

On April 26, 1986, Mark was united in marriage to Stacie L. (Robertson) in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mark was a Maintenance Technician for the Cerner Corporation in Kansas City.

His hobbies included creating stained glass pieces, woodworking and building, playing Soduko and tinkering in his workshop. He loved to sit on his front porch and watch the beauty of the world.

Mark was everyone's friend and he was knowledgeable in construction, electrical and plumbing and was always there to lend a helping hand.

Besides his father he was preceded in death by his grandfather Joseph Ballon, and a nephew Derrick Nadeau.

He is survived by wife Stacie and 2 daughters Marissa Elizabeth and Morgan Alyse all of the home; his mother Judith A. Kubicsko and his grandmother Lila Ballon both of Independence; 1 brother Michael J. Kubicsko and wife Nancy of Lee's Summit; 3 nephews; 3 nieces; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 2, 2008, at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Kubicsko Education Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
