Karen Boston

Karen Renee Boston, 50, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born Wednesday, July 11, 1958 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the daughter of Krist J. and Beulah B. (Frederick) Preucil. She departed this life Sunday, December 14, 2008 at her home in Pleasant Hill.

On June 1, 1982, Karen was united in marriage to Sammie R. Boston in McAllan, Texas. He preceded her death on August 31, 2002.

Karen was a Postal Clerk for Unity Village.

She was also preceded in death by her mother.

She is survived by her two sons, Cody Boston of Springfield, Missouri, and Dakota Boston, of the home; her daughter Chelsie Boston of the home; Bill McGonagill of Zapata, Texas; other relatives and many friends.

Cremation has been accorded. A memorial service was held Saturday, December 20, 2008, at the funeral home. Reverend D. Kent Deubner of the Pleasant Hill First Christian Church officiated.

Unity Village will host another memorial service 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 20, 2008 at Unity Village.
