Josephus Daniels-Hernandez

Infant Josephus Lee Daniels-Hernandez was stillborn on June 5, 2023, at the St. Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

He is survived by his parents Eric Lee Daniels and Jacqueline Elizabeth Hernandez of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; his siblings, Kimberly Hernandez, Moises Hernandez, Amaris Daniels, Sabrina Hernandez, Saphire Hernandez, and Hadassa Hernandez; paternal grandmother, Jane Elaine Shelton of Topeka, Kansas; paternal grandfather, William Karl Daniels of Topeka; maternal grandmother; Maria Margarita (and Jose) Grimaldo of Independence, Missouri; maternal grandfather, Miguel (and Sonia) Cruz of Roca, El Salvador; paternal aunt, Janey (and Brad) Allen of Lee’s Summit; maternal aunt, Dinora Hernandez of Independence; and two nieces, Genesis Hernandez and Asteraea Daniels.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the St. Bridget Catholic Church in Pleasant Hill.  Reverend Curt Vogel officiated.
