Dillon Bahorski

Dillon Raymond Nevin Bahorski, age 3, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born Tuesday, February 1, 2005 in Lee's Summit, Missouri, the son of Raymond J. Bahorski and Casey A. Pence. He departed this life Sunday, December 28, 2008 at Children's Mercy Hospital, in Kansas City.

Dillon was an enthusiastic child who loved to play, sing and draw. He had a sparkle in his eye with a mischievous smile. He never met a stranger and was a joy to all that knew him.

He is survived by his mother Casey of Pleasant Hill; his father Raymond of Lee's Summit; his brother Jordan Bahorski of the home; maternal grandmother Leigh Ann Kerchner of Pleasant Hill; paternal grandmother Kay Lynn Bahorski of Lee's Summit; maternal great-grandmother Georgeen R. Jamison of Independence, Missouri; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held, Monday, January 5, 2008, at the First Christian Church in Pleasant Hill. Reverend Laura Hilton of the United Methodist Church of Pleasant Hill officiated with Reverend D. Kent Deubner of the First Christian Church assisting. Reverend Jeremy Blevins of Raymore played the Viola. Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Casket bearers were Justin Kerchner, Royce Kerchner, Arron McClain, Curtis McClain, Jessie McClain, and Matthew McClain.
