Caleb Michael Campbell, 29, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born July 29, 1978 in Audubon, Iowa, the son of Michael Earl and Joan Ann (Davidson) Campbell. He departed this life Saturday, November 24, 2007, at the Lee's Summit Community Hospital.
Caleb was member and deacon of Northside Ministries Church, Holden, Missouri. He was an avid political show watcher and loved discussing politics. Caleb's dream was to be healed from Epilepsy and join the military. That dream never came to pass, but he is now in God's Army. Caleb enjoyed the holidays and looked forward to the family get togethers.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandmother.
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Joan Campbell of the home; two brothers, Benjamen Campbell, Raymore, Missouri, Adam Campbell, Springfield, Missouri; two sisters, Theresa Anderson, Holden, Missouri, Naomi Greathouse, Kingsville, Missouri; six nephews and two nieces; maternal grandfather, Bill Davidson, Davenport, Iowa; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 30th 2007, at the Rock Springs Baptist Church Holden, Missouri. Reverend Jerry Snavely officiated. Burial was in the Rock Springs Church Cemetery. Casket bearers were Mike Anderson, Adam Campbell, Ben Campbell, Jack Davidson, Mike Davidson, Greg Greathouse, Hank Swangstu, and Leif Swangstu.
